- APPLICATION OF THESE TERMS
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order.
- PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability information are accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and the customer’s screen.
Dream Sleep must be used only in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product.
Dream Sleep is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have, or believe you may have, sleep apnoea or another medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Never discontinue prescribed treatment or medical equipment without professional advice.
- ORDERS
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
• the product is unavailable;
• the price or product information contains an obvious error;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected; or
• we cannot deliver to the address provided.
If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, the amount paid will be refunded.
- PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed before the customer completes the purchase.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorised.
- DELIVERY
Orders are delivered to the address supplied during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Delays caused by carriers, customs procedures or events outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.
Customers must contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product or does not arrive within the stated delivery period.
- RIGHT TO CANCEL
Customers purchasing online may have a statutory right to cancel their order without providing a reason.
For customers protected by UK distance-selling rules, cancellation can generally be requested within 14 days after receiving the goods. After notifying us, the goods must normally be returned within a further 14 days.

- 30-NIGHT MONEY-BACK PROMISE
In addition to applicable statutory rights, Dream Sleep offers a voluntary 30-Night Money-Back Promise.
A return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days after the order has been delivered. Normal trial use is covered. The device, charging case and supplied accessories must be returned according to our return instructions.
Products that are deliberately damaged, misused, altered or returned incomplete may not qualify for a full refund.
Unless the product is faulty, damaged upon arrival or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The full conditions are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
This voluntary promise does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
- REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Where required by law, refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or receive acceptable evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
For statutory cancellations, any standard outbound delivery costs will be refunded where legally required. Additional costs chosen by the customer for premium or express delivery are not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.
We may make a lawful deduction where a product has lost value because it was handled beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect it. This does not restrict the separate 30-Night Money-Back Promise where normal trial use is permitted.
- FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose, as required by applicable consumer law.

The customer will not be required to pay reasonable return costs for an accepted faulty or incorrect product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of mandatory consumer rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses resulting from misuse of the product or failure to follow its instructions.
